A new accuser claimed Diddy and another celebrity raped her when she was 13 years old.

The latest disturbing allegation against Sean "Diddy" Combs was among seven new lawsuits filed by attorney Tony Buzbee as of Sunday night, October 20. According to TMZ, the woman, known as "Jane Doe," claimed she was 13 when she tried to attend the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. She didn't have a ticket but waited around to see if she could go to an after-party. She apparently met Combs' limo driver outside, who told her she "fit what Diddy was looking for."

"Jane Doe" arrived by limo to Combs' after-party at a "large white house" where she noticed other celebrities and guests smoking weed and snorting cocaine. She was allegedly forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement to get in and was almost instantly handed a reddish-yellow drink that caused her to feel dizzy and light-headed. The woman said she went to lie down in a bedroom when Combs walked in with unnamed male and a female celebrity.

The woman claimed the male celebrity ripped her clothes off and raped her while the female celebrity watched. She said Combs also sexually assaulted her while the other two celebrities watched. She managed to escape the room, left the house, and walked to a gas station where she got help. "Jane Doe" was among six other victims who filed new lawsuits against Combs including a female Hip-Hop artist, a personal trainer, and a businessman. She is the latest person to claim Combs molested them when they were underage.

"The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity," Combs' attorneys said in a statement. "Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman."

Combs was arrested and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transporting prostitutes. He's currently in jail awaiting his trial date, which is set for May 5, 2025.
