Memphis Black History you should know....

Today we honor Memphis Radio Legend, Mike Evans. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Orginally from Columbus, Ohio Mike has been in radio for 37 years and has been on the radio in Memphis for 31 years.

He was the 2011 Mr. Tennessee over the age of 50 in bodybuilding.

Mike Evans Is the former two times state discus champion for the state of Ohio. He is the first athlete in the state of Ohio that threw the discus over 200 feet 202‘5 inches. He was only a few feet away from the national record that year. His high school record has never been broken and he is currently in the Hall of Fame at Gahanna Lincoln High School in Albany, Georgia.

He received a track scholarship to Albany State.
